General Manager - Relocatable
Quick Serve General Manager willing to relocate as needed Restaurant GM's needed to manage our high-volume, quick-service restaurants.
We operate over 400 of the highest grossing restaurant franchises in the nation and offer outstanding development and income potential.
Responsibilities include achieving targeted sales and profitability, controlling expenses, and staffing and developing team members.
Minimum requirements:
Recent Quick Serve management experience - either current or last position Three years current GM if Quick Serve or AGM/Manager if Full Service - any hands-on segment - must be willing and able to work shoulder-to-shoulder with hourly team members Volume experience of at least $1M No job hoppers - good stability in any of the last three jobs Held to high standards - speed of service, shops, reviews & fiscal responsibility Good interpersonal skills with team members and guests Must be willing to relocate within California, Arizona or Nevada after training period - 8 weeks at a corporate training location
approx.
8 weeks in your local store then corporate relocation to a home store if neededCompensation:
$42-50K, corporate relo expenses, achievable bonus plus outstanding benefits package, including profit sharing.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
